1. Is your facility DMV approved, county approved?

Yes, we are zoned C3 commercial and have had approved car dealers on site for over 30 years. We pass inspections from the DMV (flhsmv) and Orange County on a regular basis.

2. How long does it take to obtain a license?

Your office and display area can be ready for inspection within 24 hours of signing your lease. Justus will provide all required signage, your office/shop and display parking. We also take the photos required for your site inspection by flhsmv. Provided your paperwork is complete, obtaining a license typically takes 1-2 weeks.

3. What type of license can be obtained at your facility?

We have internet dealers, retail dealers, wholesale dealers, RV dealers, and mobile home
dealers on site.

4. What hours is the facility open?

The entire 4-acre facility is open 24/7. The leasing office is open Monday- Friday 8:00am-4pm or by appointment.

5. How long does it take to sign up for an office or shop?

We take you on an escorted tour of our facility in a 6-seater golf cart (about 10 minutes) We can set up your secure account (user name and password) in 10 minutes. The lease is emailed via DocuSign same day, or first thing next day. All payments are via our secure website using your credit or debit card- you have control.

6. Do you offer assistance with obtaining our license?

Yes, we have over 30 years of helping dealers We have access to insurance, floor plans,
extended warranty. We will provide all the paperwork, forms and links to everything you need.

7. How long is your lease?

Our standard lease is one year.

8. Can we expand as our car dealer business grows?

Absolutely!! Many of our dealers upgrade from an office to a shop and office. We have flexible
parking packages from one car to dozens!

9. Are there any hidden fees?

No. We offer inclusive pricing. The parking fees are variable and flexible as your needs require.
WIFI, electric, garbage disposal, pest control, water, DMV required signage, DMV required
photos are included. This is NOT a triple net lease. The price we quote is the price you pay. 6%
county tax is additional.

10. Is there a security deposit?

Yes, one month’s rent, no tax. This is returned as per the lease agreement.

11. What is required to get the process started?

A copy of your driver’s license.
Set up an account with your own username and password
Pay your security deposit on our secure website
Sign the lease via DocuSign
The door lock code will be provided after we receive your first month’s rent
